How fast is 100MBPS internet?

I know someone in Dubai who has internet that is 100MBPS, and I wanted to know, what is the speed of the fastest internet in the USA? Mine is 10MBPS so this is surprising me, but meh, I have Charter, I know there is faster.

Where do you draw the line? I'm sure large ISPs use OC-192 at 9Gb/s.

Are you serious? :P Um, 100Mbps to 155Mbps, no, I keep getting MBps. :XD:
