that's a brine sabre (i think that's it's name), its a drop from the new slayer monsters Brine Rats, You need to to complete olafs quest i believe.

so do you know how to access the cave? and what slayer level?

slayer level 47 i think and its the cave for the new quest olafs quest instead of going east at the fork for the quest go west and it shud be that way
