April 16, 200719 yr Well I finally got to 70 agility so I came to the Dorgesh-Kaan course and tried it out... but when I try and use my grapple is tells me I need 70 strength to use it? Do i need 70 str to complete this course? why doesn't it say that in any of the guides? Also, it says you get extra agility xp for completing course without grapple...I don't see how this can be done when portions of the course require you to grapple to carry on to the next part? Any guides for this made yet? Help is much appreciated. I just saw in the rs guide that you need 70 str to use the grapple "routes"...but what is the non grapple route? I only see one route and it needs a grapple. 99 ranged90 hp86 crafting85 mage ...Eating players for breakfast since 2002.
April 16, 200719 yr there are two routes, one which needs a grapple and one that doesnt. the one w/grapple give you less agility xp, but give you some range xp. the one w/o grapple gives you more agility xp. OF course that mother is badly crazy, but I dont understand why the 22 year old girl wants to live with and have sex with the 13 year boy, just because he is lvl 126 or something?
April 16, 200719 yr There are two ways to complete the course. Walk south of the entrance and notice a cable ( looks like those typical tight rope obstacles), after you walk past that, you have started the "agility" way of the course. Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
April 17, 200719 yr This can be done via only having 70 agility through the route with a cable. Also take note that this agility course isn't like most. You start by talking to a Goblin Engineer near where the course actually starts. She asks you to get an item for her. Some items won't go through the agility route, and the others only the grapple route. It goes halfway to a generator, at which you use your wrench (which you obtain from the Goblin Engineer) on a piece of equipment to get your desired part. You then go back to the Goblin Engineer via Agility route or Grapple route. Confusing yes, but good exp. Last thing to note is that if you fail once, all the bonus exp will be lost.
