Can I defeat the black demon in the grand tree quest. Any info or tips on how to survive or kill him. I read that the silver light sword was usefull with tese guys. Thanks

Yes you can kill him, for the fight bring your best mage bonus equipment and PLENTY of runes. You will need to go in a safespot in the rocks and mage him. I think there is more information about this safespot in the Tip.It quest guide. :)

I'd say train more. This guy's tough, and it's reccommended to range or mage him while hiding behind the rocks in the southern part of the area.

 

 

 

Also, if you take more than 10 minutes fighitng him, he will be bored of you and disappear, and then he will be at full life the enxt time you go down to try.

Definitely mage him. Use the best bolt spell that you can. Use the safespot behind the rocks to the south. Whenever you attack him, you will run toward him so click back to the safespot every time.

Mage is the best, you won't need too many casts, maybe 100-150...if that.
