SweetCarol Posted April 17, 2007 Share Posted April 17, 2007 ok well when im trying to watch a video on a website it dosent show the video and always has that white screen that says to install missing plugins. so i clik on it and then that screen comes up and when i click manually install it brings me to a site to download windows media player....but i already have the latest version of that so i dont know how to fix this. im using mozilla firefox as my broswer btw and windows vista. please help someone! You may already have the programs, but firefox needs to have the plug ins to allow it to use the programs within its self.
