April 17, 200719 yr ok well when im trying to watch a video on a website it dosent show the video and always has that white screen that says to install missing plugins. so i clik on it and then that screen comes up and when i click manually install it brings me to a site to download windows media player....but i already have the latest version of that so i dont know how to fix this. im using mozilla firefox as my broswer btw and windows vista. please help someone!
April 18, 200719 yr You may already have media player but you dont have the firefox pluging. download it by following the instructions given to you on the page. April 18, 200719 yr Go here, and download the Quicktime, Realplayer, Shockwave and Windows Media Player plug ins. You may already have the programs, but firefox needs to have the plug ins to allow it to use the programs within its self.
