Black demons do drop the occasional d med, high lvl herbs, and if you're there for the long haul, collect the money too. Maging dragons is generally a no-no as they have high defence against mage attacks (hence people wearing d hide armour to protect from mage). Best to range or melee black dragons. People do mage dragons, but generally only when they are there to train mage, have tons of runes, and don't expect to hit very often. You find this at metal dragons a lot. Don't follow me.
