April 18, 200719 yr This is my current setup, let me know if it is ok or what I need to change: Full Blue Dragonhide Coif Mage Shortbow Fury (or Amulet of Accuracy?) Bronze Arrows (or Irons?) Ring of Life Obsidian Cape Also, this will be my first time ranging at Fire Giants in the Waterfall. Do I need anything specific to get in there(after quest is completed)?

April 18, 200719 yr Author So I should wear Rune boots if I don't have Ranger. And my situation with Iron/Bronze is that I already have 9k Bronze but didn't know if they we crappy VS Fire Giants..
April 20, 200719 yr Do NOT wear rune boots, you will be safespotting with no need for defense, and I believe rune boots give negative range bonus. Bronze/iron arrows should be fine. Drops: 1x Draconic Visage, 56x Abyssal Whip, 5x Demon Head, D Drops: 37, Barrows Drops: 43, DK Drops: 29GWD drops: 14,000x Bars, 1x Armadyl Hilt, 2x Armadyl Skirt, 4x Sara Sword, 1x Saradomin Hilt, 8x Bandos Hilt, 8x Bandos Platebody, 9x Bandos Tassets, 4x Bandos Boots, 43x Godsword Shard, 82x Dragon BootsDry streak records: Saradomin 412 kills Bandos 988 kills Spirit Mages 633 kills - Slayer Sucks
April 20, 200719 yr full dhide>green>none Robin hat>archer helm>coif [bleep]ed vambs (blue)>vambs (blue) Robin boots> rune> nothing Seercull>Mage short/long iron>bronze Ava's accumulator>atractor and everything else Seercull fires arrows slower than a Short bow, and the spec is useless at Fire Giants(and everywhere else except PvP tbh). Use a Mage Short bow, or Crystal bow if you can. And if you can afford it, an Archer's ring can help. Also, if you have barrows gloves, they give more ranged attack bonus than vambraces. Snakeskin boots are another altarnative if you don't have Ranger boots, don't wear rune, they give a negative Range bonus and you don't need defence there. If you use the safespot in the door for the first 15 minutes or so, you won't be attacked by the Fire Giants (they become unaggressive after that, so you can use the table/chairs safespots). You'll need Glariel's Amulet to get in the waterfall, and also 1 or 2 ropes to get down the waterfall. Maybe some food aswell (not many, you get lots of drops there) incase you get hit by the Fire Giants. My Guide To The Abyss
April 20, 200719 yr you have to be 70 range for crystal bow. OF course that mother is badly crazy, but I dont understand why the 22 year old girl wants to live with and have sex with the 13 year boy, just because he is lvl 126 or something?

April 22, 200719 yr it's better to play the archery minigame in the range guild for xp, plus the tickets can be cash in for rune arrows
April 22, 200719 yr As mentioned archer helm , snakeskin boots , if u have fury ill guess it gives more range then accuracy if not a glory, The accumulator. But at your lvl its better to stay at mosses.Because they will be faster xp for you. Fastest way from lvl 50 to 60 is iron knifes on mosses. They also drops some ranarr seeds to pay back cost on knifes. But thats imo. Also glaradiels ammy and ropes in inv so u get inside at waterfall Valuable drops ??? Ohhhh yes, let me see cabbage
April 22, 200719 yr A snakeskin bandana (however a pain to make/buy) is a cheap alternative for a robin hood. Not sure if it has better range bonus then archer helm. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...
