I am going for 70 defense for Ahrims. Basically, what should I wear and what should I fight.

 

 

 

Current stats:

 

71 Attack

 

59 Strength

 

61 Defense.

you could train on flesh crawlers in the strong hold, they got decent hp and they barly hit you.

if you have ancient magicks, have 62magic or more, and are willing to spend cash into training: use burst or barrage spells on pc or another crowded multi-combat zone, using the magic/def giving spelltype attack. (gets you like 500damage=1k exp per minute or so depending on your mage level and the spell you use)
