Are there any requirements to access Lletya or get a teleport crystal???

Start Mournings End Part I to access it. I'm not sure if you can get additional telecrystals by killing elves during the quest though. Afterward you can have as many telecrystals as you want, Eluned will recharge them for a tiny bit of money. :)

thanks, are there any requirements to START the quest, not to do it...just so i can get tele crystals 4 barrows hehe.

You need this quests: Sheep herder, Roving Elves, Big Chompy Bird Hunting, and the ones before them, 50 thieving and 60 ranged.

You can get more crystals from killing the elves that are in lletya only. The elves at the elf camp wont drop them. The one lady who you talk to to start the quest, forgot her name, will recharge your seeds for a price, they degrade in price i think, eventually they will cost 150gp a charge.

 

 

 

edit* you dont need any skills to start the quest, if you have all the requirements to start the quest, thats all you need. You just talk to the lady, agree to help and you are taken into the city.
