Well first you will need alot more runes..

 

 

 

Then the most common way is to buy nature runes, and high alch whatever you can buy/make and lose next to no money, or even make profit.

 

 

 

You could also get your rc to 44 and make your own nats.

if money doesn't matter, once you got 62 magic and anceint magicks: pest control with burst or barrage spells (goes fast, but is one o THE most expensive ways of boosting magic)

Teleport or high alch would be my suggestion.

Well, alot of people suggest Tele Cammy. It's pretty cheap and easy to get laws. Otherwise u gotta buy nats and yew longs.

You got like 4 things to pick from, the first two are the best and what every one else said. Either buy yew longs and natures and Hi-Alch them, Use cammy tele, Use the best spell you can on a npc who can't attack you or simply do pc (any way, melee, range or mage) and use the points on magic. Theres no other way to get exp in big amounts that cause you to level then them.
