Slayer Dart.

Featured Replies

Okay, I know this thing owns at barrows.

But how useful is it in everyday playing? Is it any good for training?

Should I stick with fire spells and teleports?

Slayer dart is only really good for barrows and things like metal dragons. If your lvl is high enough high alch, it's the cheapest way to lvl magic, plus its reasonably quick.

What about general combat?

I find it useful at pest control if you dont mind spending a bit of extra cash.

It's effectiveness in barrows is because in the chest you often find death and mind runes, which in the long rune make the slayer spells self-renewing in the chest. Since normal training usually do not drop these runes in massve amount, other spells may be more efficient.

Well, if its only use is recycling rewards, I'll go with Alchemy.

Then I can recycle rewards in everyday training :P
