That's totally overkill. At level 30 you get range xp very fast with just a normal bow.

 

I have no clue what I killed at 30 range, but I can remember I used the tip.it range guide, which suggests barbarians at the village, which seems reasonable to me.

When everything's been said and done, more has been said than done.
