April 24, 200719 yr Without picking them up you would get around 82 range and with picking them you up would get you well over 97, but I messed up on the number so I couldent figure out anyfarther, so you might even make it to 99 picking them all up.

For F2P I always liked the 2 lessers on the top of Crandor Island They are almost always available and there are safe spots you can shoot from. I never even bothered to bring food since I always pulled them over tome with a Curse spell first. The SoS is another possibility since you can get lotsa arrows as drops. I dunno about P2P though, sorry. Hope this helps
April 25, 200719 yr As F2p, stick with Lessers. They are probably the best NPC's in F2p, 'cept for Greaters, but they have a higher risk in level 45 Wildy. Also, you really on needed to buy about 1k of them. Know why? At your level, level 27 Minotaurs in the S.o.S. are perfect. They drop Iron Arrows constantly. You could bring your 1k Irons, stay down there as long as you want, get 99 Ranged, and leave with 100k arrows. In P2p, I would suggest training on level 35 Flesh Crawlers. They don't hit much, drop great runes (tons and tons of fires), and give you tons of Unids. Another option would be to train your ranged with Slayer. Most Slayer assignments have safespots, and there is always the bonus of Slayer Drops, and the honor of not getting your levels through PC. Just some thoughts. If you got the cash for 140k iron arrows, you can afford the odd 1000 more or less. Just get going, it will take weeks to months anyway. Buy more if you feel that you need to.
