I was doing a clue up at mage bank when i saw this...

 

 

 

I personally haven't seen any other rune autoers so for me this is fairly new...

 

 

 

The stock of runes were all at 0 and every second or so theyd be gone...

Yes, he is right. You should edit those names out of the pictures, as it is not allowed here. This isn't a new breed of autoers, they have been in F2P buying runes CONSTANTLY. They have moved onto members' Mage Bank to try and get a higher supply of runes, which I think is just ridiculous.
