meol Posted April 25, 2007 Share Posted April 25, 2007 The quest only offers a shortcut to the altar. If you use it or not, you'll need a chaos tallisman or tiara, as usual. Anyways, the fastest way to craft runes is using the abyss, and TIp.it has a good page about that. This signature is intentionally left blank.
