April 27, 200719 yr I think (and it makes sence) you will have to recharge it again. Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.

April 27, 200719 yr why you want to change it into mahogany anyways? there isn't new features after the upgrade... Examine ChenGMT (level: 138)
April 27, 200719 yr You won't have to spend more runes. The charge will be attached to the thing in the center of the room that you use to focus the portals.
