Ok, so if I see 5 lvl 3 bots with default outfit chopping yews, can I report them? If so, will it do any good?

yes, click on report abuse on lower right corner and fill out form, and yes it will help.

Yes, reporting player macroers is a good thing. You click the report abuse button then click on the 7. Macroing button then put in the players name.
