April 29, 200719 yr ok.. so whenever i right click on my desktop, or on a folder or an icon or a file or anything that isnt in a seperate program, this happens... it happens on all programs that are tied with windows such as paint / basic games / picture viewer / ie.. does any1 know why this happens? its rather annoying. ---------- thats meant to say "dont show until" instead of "down show until" sorry i didnt notice when i made that pic
April 29, 200719 yr Happens to me occasionally also. For the most part I just put up with it since it's a minor issue. Although when it happens to me it's the entire start menu which doesn't show up :-? I still don't know what causes it and I've looked a good dozen times :(

April 29, 200719 yr I would guess its because you are using some kind of skinning program. try taking the theme off or just using a different one and see if the problem persists.
