One of the reasons that fletching is so much harder to level on RSC is that only 25 logs can be converted into notes at once, and that bow strings can only be traded 12 at a time.

 

 

 

However, arrows and their materials are stackable. Would it be faster XP to buy a lot of headless arrows and arrowheads?

Yes. But finding the resources might be a tad hard and you might loose more gp using this method. Technically, making rune arrows could be near a million exp/hour
