few tips anime is animation it should be manga and give it the anime/manga eyes

I don't want to give him anime eyes, nevermind. I call it something else. I just thought his features resembled all those weird anime people.

i think that a Berserk style anime eyes might work

 

 

 

 

but thats just my opinion, good job on the shading so far i love how the contrast gives it a 3d feel. cant wait to see it finished

Just thought I should mention that I just thought about this revolving restaurant I went to in Hawaii some years back, for no apparent reason. Weird.

Scary as in Frightening is not the look I was intending, but scary, as in weird, unusual, freakish is the look I was intending. ;P
