Giving a name to your pet kitten/cat?

Featured Replies

So, after a little break from having a virtual pet, I decided to get a new cat tonight. However, I can't seem to find the place where to give a name to it anymore and tip.it pet care guide couldn't answer either. So, where is this mysterious place located?

Found an npc called Felkrash from Port Sarim rat dungeon, but she's only willing to give names to lazy and wily cats :|
