Hotmail

Featured Replies

I went to check my email today and apparently Windows has signed me up for some "Windows Live Hotmail Beta". All of my emails I had stored in my inbox were erased. While I know it was dumb of me not to write down some of the important information contained within those emails, I also never imagined Hotmail to wipe everything out without my consent or warning.

I managed to take myself off the beta test hotmail and it is back to normal hotmail, but all of my emails are still missing. I know it's a long shot, but is there some other way to access my email or to retreive the emails I lost.

Thanks in advance.

Contact their customer support if they have any...

When I went to Live Mail Beta I managed to keep all my emails. Then again, I didn't keep my important mail in my inbox. Password information from several years ago is still all there. Unlucky maybe?

Or someone else has had access to your account and decided it would be amusing to delete all your emails.
