I was thinking of brimhaven... but to do everything i need 40 minimum... which is why im trying to get it to 40

You don't have to be 40 agility to do EVERYTHING, just the spinning blades and the darts. Everything else can be used.

whats funny is that most of the time, you cant get around without doing those

definately do the barbarian until at least 45, you need a little bit of leeway before doing the brimmy course.
