Xinput driver on non-valid WinXP

Featured Replies

I've been trying for several hours now to try to get my 360 controller to work on my PC. To do so I need to download the Xinput driver from the microsoft website, but I cant, as my computer doesn't have a valid copy of WinXP (not my bad, secondhand computer).

Im just wondering if anyone knows how I can get the drivers installed from somewhere else? Ive been looking for a while and cant seem to find any.

If you want to use software requiring a legit copy of XP, you need to get a legit copy. Simple as that.

i thought that the 360 came with a cd that lets you do that. maybe its just the premium one, or im just making it up.

there might be another website that has a driver
