Can someone tell me how Yews work?

Featured Replies

Im guessing at 60 WC theyll go pretty slow? Somebody told me it all depends on the axe you use? Which lvl should I be where Yews will go quite nicely? and im also using a rune axe. And whats the best place to cut + bank Yews with the least lvl 3 autoers around?

Current WC: 66

With a rune axe, they get faster at about lvl 75-78, but they are still pretty slow. If your going for money, start at aroudn 75, if your going for wc lvls, go for willows all the way!

Im planning to cut Yews for money reasons so I can sell them later on in bulk while getting some XP out of it. Im wondering when I should get on the Yews so they dont go super slow and what the best place to chop + bank them without twenty lvl 3 autoers all around

Yeah, they're pretty slow at the beggining but if u get a drag axe! But since u want money...I would stick to willows until lvl 70 or so, then go to yews, just to speed up the process a bit.

Thanks Lil_Atza for the sig!

Yews are slow until your a really high lvl =(

My favorite place to chop yews is in the Gnome Stronghold ... lots of trees with a close bank. The worst 2 places I have seen are seers and edgeville ...
