Solution to macroing

Featured Replies

my idea is really simple really. all it is is that you have to have 1/3 quest points of the level you are using... so if you wanted to cut a yew it would take 60 wc and 60 times 1/3 which is 20 quest points. end of chinese sweatshops. could a p2p forward this to the runescape forums (im f2p) because i really think this would work; it wouldnt even affect the middle to high level players at all

So...Explain to me how macros can't do quests...Or in fact, if the people are being paid and are actually controlling the characters, why can't they just use quest guides and finish the quests needed?

dont yall realize that the sweatshops are just makin user after user? they dont spend that much time on anything other than what theyre tryin to do l(like cut yews) so that would slow them down because they would have to spend at least 2-3 hours on each acc to be able to do anything worth a profit. then the massive flow of macroers could be slowed down if not stopped completely by people reporting the one that actually have racked up a decent amount of quest points.

Um, no.

If macros are used, they can just be programmed to automatically do the quests then go cut stuff.

If people are the ones controlling the accounts, they can just do the quests (2-3 hours like you said) and then go cut yews. 2-3 hours isn't a lot.

(And haven't you people learned? There's no way to stop macroers. There's ways to stop them. Some are nearly effective, some suck. This is more on the opposite of nearly effective end. I've heard better suggestions that take up more than a few hours of an autoer's time.)
