May 9, 200719 yr im using world 66 but everytime i put up my 27 laws and they put up there 27 ess then exit like im suppose to add something. What else should i be giving them?
May 9, 200719 yr Law Crafters are supposed to give noted ess. It sucks I know. LAst time i Was on 66, that was the general rule. there is also law crafters on 99 where they do nit give ess back, It is slower,,,but in my experience...friendlier and a little more fun. If you search for "66" or "99" in the runes section of the RS forums, I'm pretty sure both have threads explaining what they are all about. or just pop in say you are new, and there "should" be someone there who can help you out. May 9, 200719 yr Just do the running yourself: I use the balloon system and 1 run costs me about 2 minutes.
