By using skills, it is most likely 44 RC (and upwards)

 

 

 

But overall the fastest money per hour in whatever way possible is high level merchanting. Even though I do not like it myself (or use that much :P) .. I find it fast money. Yesterday I went off to buy me some armour.. bought the armour.. and o ye.. I made 200k profit. Not to consider I bought my armour cheap, which I will sell more expensive later. Took.. 30 minutes at most.

If your sole aim is to make bucks and get nowhere fast, then merchanting is the way to go. There are plenty of good guides on this forum.

 

 

 

If you wish to train skills, then runecrafting, crafting, smithing, druidry and woodcutting/fletching/hi alching are all good when you get higher levels. Runecrafting probably pays the fastest when you get to 44.
