May 9, 200719 yr Heh, I needed to get my Farming up for that quest just a few days ago. Just buy Willow seeds (can't remember how much.. maybe 40k each) and plant 5 at a time in the 5 different Tree allotment spots across Runescape. Make sure you also give the Farming helper at each spot a Basket full of Apples (5 Apples) so the tree wont die. Keep doing that and you'll hit 40 very quickly.
