Where do I make normal staves battle ones??? I think It's at the dude from Scorpion Catcher Quest, OR he is the one who make them Mystic???

That's the dude that makes the staves into mystic, you have to buy battlestaves, you can only make battlestaves into water battlestaves, air battlestaves, ect.
