Fly fishing at Shilo is the quickes I think.

Shilo is definately the quickest although there's very little money to be made. At your level you can expect to make about 35-40kexp per hour.

Or, if you don't mind giving up some speed for cash, go monkfishing. (decent exp, heals a nice ammount of hp, can be sold at a nice price)

i would recommend you to fly fish to 85 then sharks are mutch faster
