I want to make money on runescape like other millions of people.....Im gonna try with merchanting. Everyone says buy low sell high, well i find this process not so easy. I tried with yew logs but later found out the hard way that not much people buy yew logs. I lost about 100k on this. So what are some good merchanting items??? I wont spend all my money this time and i am trying to restrict my self to only 250k my first time. Would greatly appreciated if you can list good merchanting items that a person with 250-500k gp could merchant. Thanks

try selling on rs forums, sells ALOT faster. you could try to buy 1k bs for 180-190k and sell to some1 on forums 200. i did that and now i have 2.7m \

Im an f2p so bowstrings are out, but i heard lobbies and coal sell well. Is this true?

there's always demand for steel bars.

Lobbies would mean you'd buy in bulk (1k) for like 200 each from a member then go to world 1 Egde and sell for 250 each, giving you a 50k profit per 1k lobbies.

 

 

 

Coal isn't that great of money, you buy tons of coal 150 each from decently hi worlds (1800+ people) in fally and sell for 170-180 each.

 

 

 

However there not as easy as they sound, alot of people use lobbies so you'd always see around 1-2+ people selling in egde like you, and coal is pretty hard to get but pretty easy to sell. They pretty much equal out in money/time so either one you pick is alright.

 

 

 

 

 

Also runes can be decent money, buy chaos for 100 each and sell for 150. Just you have to deal with alot of trades with people that have like 30-100 chaos.
