I read it all even if I don't use the code words. I agree with you, rares are pointless to the vast majority of RS players. However you must take into account that MOST of the tradeable rares WERE DROPPED. Not the reward of an event. Therefore Partyhats, Christmas Crackers,and Santa Hats should stay(I've only been playing ~3 years myself so I don't know if this is correct). I do not personally own any of these rares and I never sought them out. But some people play just for that reason, to own a RARE. They are rare for a reason. Also, because of the GP limit just giving players pure GP for their rares at current value would give a few players (hardcore rare hoarders) WELL OVER max GP. Meaning that they would LOSE a lot of the GP they took the time to make. I have no say in the economic parts except that, all that added GP with nothing to stabilize it, be it a new "cash sink" skill or just new items, would be a waste. That's before you take into account the people who MH, skill, merchant, etc. just so they can own a rare. These are just my thoughts though.

Quick thought, Can you make like say a mithril or addy bar using the same process as mind bars? If so can you prime it? And would that work? Just wondering. I'd try myself but I'm heading to bed :S. Also, if an above poster is correct in thinking that the Dragonkin are the gods of Balance BEFORE Guthix was then why, as speculated, did they provide the weapons of such bloodshed? That seems more of a Zamorakian thing to do wouldn't you say?

A great read. You seem to have really researched into this. Just my thoughts, As humans by nature fear what is different, perhaps that while the Dragonkin were exploring the world and came across humans, because of their looks they were shunned and while no threat at all to the humans they were saw as such. While that has little to do with anything, it is something t think about. Also, if the Dragon forge repels metal, that would lead us to assume that they are magnitised, or just magical. Has anyone tried to use an elemental bar on them? As I haven't done many quests I don't know of any magnetic bars or anything of the sort but if there are such things it might be a good idea to try them.

Theiving was last as Blackjacking was boring. But Plunder was entertaining and good exp. And my bad BoB. Guthix chick is ftw though.

Gud 4 u, you can do more damage than the 3 other people on the same person -.- Super safe when you do 1v1, music was meh, very little editing, pjing, all the things I hate all in one vid. Still, a few kills were decent and a few good specs when you can actually see YOUR hits. Overall I'd say 6/10. Edit for reply: Ok so I don't camp at bh and kill all the 1 itemers I see. Bad.. Just bad. Wait in the middle for people on pen/looting and get a clan on them. More sad than the old luring imo. Get some skills and honor. And before you say I've never tried No Honor pking, I have. It's really boring and takes no skill at all. If you want a rate on the vid, 1/10. Luring is sad, clans are sad, and theres no skill involved.

I managed to get a hold of a sgs lend and tried at Bandos. Overall it IS better for soloing, I got a usual 2 kills a trip after I got a little technique down compared to my 1.5 kills with ags. One spec on first kill so you have 2 specs for the next spawn. You'll (hopefully) save some food on the 2nd spawn with 2 specs instead of 1 (assuming they hit). However I still prefer the ags, as I solo for fun and come on, seeing 70+ hits IS fun am I right? :

Thanks for posting everyone, I'm working on skills right now, as combat has finally gotten to boring to carry on atm. Current Goals - 83 hunter, 70 mining, 70 smithing, 70 crafting, and 70 agility.

Well, my main goal right now is 83 hunter. After that I can use it to rake in some of the cash needed for other skills and eventually get all 60+ and in time 73+. Thanks for posting.

Just got these a few mins ago, Will include both a tradeable and non tradeable BoB. I am 120 Combat, and at the time of getting the farming level I had 41m Overall exp. Note: I am 68 Summoning. Rate */10 if you feel so inclined.

most probably you where totally lucky to have 2 good hits with the special of the AGS. I tried twice with AGS and my only hit was that of 11 all other hits where 0. Had to teleport after I ate all the sharks in my inventory and tortoise. With my SGS the story is totally different since I can do 2 to 3 kills every time. Not lucky in drops though since never got anything good in maybe 20 rounds. Well I haven't tried sgs yet so I probably shouldn't have said ags was better untill I try for myself. I don't see how you only hit 0's with ags though, seems unlikely to me. Even when the specs fail I still hit 40+ alot.

Used this to solo. It's overall a very well written and informative guide. I would highly recommend an Armadyl godsword over Saradomin and Bandos though, as I have gotten Graardor under half hp with just the 2 specials. Although it's rare and I've only done it a few times it does help ALOT. The only time A Bandos gs is useful is with a 50+ spec, and how often does that happen? Using this guide I soloed a pair of Tassets, in under 15 trips. Very fun to solo Graardor and well worth the low risk ( only losing ~400k if you die ) Thanks for the guide, and I'm still hoping for that hilt :lol: [hide=Piccy][/hide]

5th ever solo trip. Now for that hilt......

I have only been to Bandos maybe 10 times, 2 being with a team. All together I would say maybe 50 Boss kills with a chest split once before with a team. I Usually get 1 and a half kills my first solo trip and get 2 full kills the next. Still working my gear out so I hope to be getting 2-3 solo kills a trip eventually :) As Sir said, it's a borrowed item. I still can't afford my own yet so I borrow to solo. I tried whip solo once and didn't get half a kill before I had to tele so it's ALOT better imo.

I hates you..... I soloed bandos and got a DRAGON SPEAR! Rare drop fail on me :wall: And you solo and get a hilt. Anyways.... 9/10 but -2 for getting what I want so 7/10 overall

Updated with the level pics. Void mace and range helm will come in time, I'm burnt out with pc for awhile. Thanks for posting : I already had the gloves from when I tried to get it a while back, and maybe 100 points more left over. I used the high level boat, and after I got the bottom I joined PCE and got the top pretty fast. Gonna stay with PCE when I go for the helm and mace, it's really fast and well organized. Got Range helm in about 1 hour, went really fast. Trying it out at dragons before I get mace later \
