If I get what your saying is that Tutorial Island should be P2P only, and not for F2P to begin their chars, that idea would be shot down in an instant. They can also talk to tutorers* if they can't remember / didn'tread something important (Of course, there will be a gate near the fishing bit, like the Al Kharid one, (Wont cost anything) But the guards make sure you've done the quest) P2P: Paying Players can go down there to practice member skills (Their own choice) Which while there, like all stats, can only grow to 3, and only some will be trained. For Paying Players, they will have a quest the same as F2P (Just a normal F2P Quest) Notes: The redoing of the Island will seperate the newer players to the older ones, being on different places, but they will pass to go to tutorers.
