Iamdan
I have an account with the following stats: 41 attack 64 str 1 defense 69 hitpoints 77 range 64 magic I'm going to buy a couple months of membership so I can pc 74 strength and 70 magic. I want as little as possible hit points experience, and I want no defense or prayer experience. My question: What is the best way to do this? Should I use range or melee? What items should I use? Freesia
For magic: Buy bows/green dhide bodies to alch till 70, no hp exp involved. EDIT: For strength: I don't think you should pc at all since with 1 def you will easily get owned and die. For a start, you can try rock crabs north of rellaka or experiments if you have finished creature of frankenstein quest Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(. Fudgy999
I'd agree with ^ except, I would alch yew longs as they are cheaper to buy so you can alch for longer without having to stop. On the training str side, i wouldnt recommend PC at all, because of your stats/levels you will not be able to get decent worlds and even if you do you wont get 50 zeal, thus making the game pointless Whatpulse! Iamdan
Ok, how much are yew longs (Couldn't find any for sale here) and how easy are they to buy in bulk and where?
mastermule52
Magic: alch, or maybe the mage training arena Strength: Assuming you get about 60 zeal per game, you'll only need about 700 games to get level 75 from level 64. now this 700 games * 240 hp exp = 168k hp exp, which added to your level 69 hits already puts you at almost 72 hits. That shouldn't be much of a problem. If you get some good melee armor, like Iron Plate and Black Dragonhide, you should be able to hold your own. Your rune scim should do plenty of damage as well. I recommend bringing food and pots, I mean it's only for 700 games. Just remember to stop as soon as you get 50 zeal if you REALLY don't want hp exp. But considering how high it is already, I'd say get it, because you'll hit level 72 pretty fast anyway. Hope this helps!! ps : here's the calculations I did for your PC points. Iamdan
Thanks, I just bought a month of membership and am playing pest control to get my strength up. I am still asking for a reply on what to alch, how much it costs and where and how easy it is to get.
barbwireboy3
alch yew longs. buy on runescape forums for 580 or so each. they high alch for like 768 each. i would also advise you alch in dharok tomb because sometimes people will die so you get some reward too =p. ( if you dont know where that is refer to tip.its mini games-barrows guide)
