May 22, 200719 yr fish lobbies at catherby, cook, bank, sell for 220-250 each! Rune essence may be faster but you'll have to get twice as many to make the same profit. Also, lobbies give you decent exp. Not great, but better than essence! So your fishing and cooking levels may get to go up a bit :mrgreen:

Unfortunately you can only make and high alch yew longs from scratch is if you can make Nature runes on your own. Although I'm unable to make yew longs, I've been making plenty of Nature runes to high alch maple longs and this is a painful process if you do not use the Abyss to speed up runecrafting.
