im f2p and hes p2p, i looked him on the high score and his really high lvl combat and everythin, and then he told me he would tell me his password first and then i have to tell him mine, i declined the offer because i dont want to risk gettin banned, wat would you have done?

He would have either:

 

1. Told you a "password" that wasn't correct, then asked for yours

 

2. Told you the correct one, then as soon as you told him yours changed his password through recovery questions.

yeah, or take back ther account after about a week after you improved the account's stats.

I'm going to go ahead and lock this because I hope we all would decline the offer as well. Selling, trading, giving away or accepting accounts in any shape or form is against Jagex (and therefore also Tip.it's) rules.

 

 

 

Either way, sounds like a typical scam to me.
