I need help with the Sheld of Arrav quest. I talked to the Black Arm Gang and they told me to get two pheonix crossbows from the Pheonix Gang, and thats were I'm stuck. I did find an underground base for one group in the direction were Katrine told me to go, but I don't know where to get the Varock Herald that the guard is talking about. Is that the Pheonix Gang base?

You are going to need the help of a phoenix gang member (a normal player who joined the phoenix gang instead of the black arm gang) and get him to get the key to the store room. Enter the store room (which is upperfloor, entrance next to the alter) and kill the guard and grap two bows. No go back to to black arm gang hide out
