I talked to Katrine of the Black Arm Gang and she told me to get two Pheonix crossbows from the Pheonix Gang, but I can't find them. I did find an underground hideout in the direction Katrine told me to go and the guard inside told me to check the Varrock Herald for job openings, but I don't know where to get the Varrock Herald. Is the hideout the base for the Pheonix Gang?
