EXCEPT what you've done is really shameful. It's not about how much talent it takes, it's the fact that you STOLE backgrounds and just slapped some text on it. For the people who are usin the sigs he "made", I suggest you get rid of them and get a proper sig from the other people making free ones. And seth, you shouldn't say "at least I can make sigs" because 1) you rip, you don't make 2) the "rude" people you were directing that to CAN make sigs and have SHOPS. There are plenty of other free programs lying around that you can make sigs in, and you can download a trial version of photoshop...
