Would they be good ranged training at lvl 40 ranged? Do you need to do the dwarf cannon quest to use one?

99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.

1. Cannon is not the best way to train just a waste of money...

 

2. yes you need to do quest to use it

 

3. dont buy it form the dwarf engineer he charges 750k i think for it....
