Are the monsters in the fairy ring abyss as attacking as in the rcing abyss?

If I go there can I just kill the lower level monsters or will I get swarmed??

its not a multi-combat area.. so you'll only be attacked by 1 mob.

the mobs are also more spread out, but they're just as aggressive.

If it's a non multi combat area, only 1 monster can attack you at one time, not 1 mob which means multiple monsters at a time.

"Mob" is sometimes used instead of NPC monster. You're thinking of mob as in a group of something.

The fairy ring abbyss is non-multi and spread out. YOu also don't have to worry about being skulled and you won't lose your prayer.
