Well, I am on a quest for total levels and overall character betterment. I wanted to start off with two great skills that i like to train, but neglected for a while; thieving and agility. I have not trained these skills in a long while, but wish to get both to 80. So I will start with agility. My agility level is 59 currently. I know that the wilderness course is good, but I don't know if that's the best way to 80. I heard that ape atoll course is faster at 70. Can anybody tell me what to do for 80 agility? Next, thieving. My thieving level is 58. I know that pyramid plunder is great for all levels above 41, and soon i will be 61, so that's good. Can anybody give me a rough estimate of time, in hours, from 58-80 at pyramid plunder?

You can't really predict hours because everyone works at a different rate. Just go with the flow as even if you knew how many hours it wouldn't make you train any faster.

OT: I don't know either, do a search in the PMG forum, I saw an agility-training guide that was pretty complete, let me see if I can find it...

For agility, train at ape atoll and then do the sqirk juice mini game at the sorceress' garden for thieving.
