June 1, 200719 yr Fighter Torso is currently the only platebody that gives offensive melee bonuses. At this time, no leg armor gives any offensive melee bonus. I would recommend Fighter Torso body for strength bonus, and Proslyte legs for the prayer bonus. If you are really concerned about defense and don't mind spending a little for repair costs, Veracs Plateskirt offers great defense bonuses along good prayer bonuses.
