Master_Smither
Try teleing to 60 mage then go alch till 70 mage. If you got the money buy mahe longs or yew longs and alch them try rcing ur nats tonot lose too much cash. Or get high enough fletching to buy/get the supplies and fletch them. It's cheaper O:) Click for My Blog670th to 99 Smithing July 21st, 07 |743rd to 99 Mining November 29th, 07 | 649th to 99 Runecrafting May 18th, 08 | 29,050th to 99 Defence October 20th, 08 | 20,700th to 99 Magic November 8, 08 | 47,938th to 99 Attack December 19, 08 | 37,829th to 99 Hitpoints December 24, 08 | 68,604th to 99 Strength February 4, 09 | 27,983rd to 99 Range February 9, 09 | 9,725th to 99 Prayer June 8, 09 | 6,620th to 99 Slayer December, 12 09 | 4,075th to 99 Summoning December, 28 09 | 3,551th to 99 Herblore February 24, 10 | 3,192th to 99 Dungeoneering November 11, 10 | 146,600th to 99 Cooking December 29th, 10 | 11,333rd to 99 Construction June 7th, 11 | 16,648th to 99 Farming August 1st, 11 | 19,993th to 99 Crafting August 2nd, 11 | 89,739th to 99 Woodcutting Janurary 1st, 12 | 55,424th to 99 Fishing May 9th, 12| 60,648th to 99 Firemaking May 12th, 12 | 16666th to 99 Agility May 17th, 2012 | 24476th to 99 Hunter June 1st, 2012 | 57,881st to 99 Fletching June 1st, 2012 | All 99s June 1st, 2012 | 3183th to 120 Dungeoneering July 24th, 2012 | 2341st to 2496 Total level July 24th, 2012 | Completionist Cape July 24th, 2012
Goobore
I wanna raise Magic to 75 from 49. I've heard of some good methods, tell me which is best... That depends on what you mean when you say "best" Do you mean fastest, or cheapest, of uses fewest other things, or using bought runes, or, etc ... 1) high alching Good exp but you need a pile of Natures (expensive) and something worth alching. 2) tellying like hell Good exp. Camelot tele is popular. But you need a pile of laws. (expensive) 3) crumble undead OK exp. Not super expensive. Works best with an auto-casting staff. Casting from the key room in the Varrock sewers works well. 4) wind bolt + chaos gauntlets.. Good exp but those Chaos runes are better used with Crumble Undead until you can get the gauntlets. You could also try failed Curses. It's super cheap. 29 exp per cast compared with (average) 34 for Fire bolt and 39 for Crumble Undead. Hope this helps
Xeones
oops, forgot one thing... I want hp exp... An idea: 1) Crumble Undead until level 59 Magic. 2) Do Family Crest and get Chaos Gauntlets. 3) Fire Bolt with Chaos Gauntlets until 75 Magic. Sounds mildly affordable, pretty fast, and with hp exp. Hows it sound?
Goobore
oops, forgot one thing... I want hp exp... An alternative to your (below) idea is to raise HP with ranging and then magic with Curse. Very cheap that way if you pick up your arrows. In case you care, in your case your combat level is determined primarily by your Melee stats so your combat level will go up by 1 with every 4 HP level increases. 1) Crumble Undead until level 59 Magic. 2) Do Family Crest and get Chaos Gauntlets. 3) Fire Bolt with Chaos Gauntlets until 75 Magic. IIRC, the slayer staff and the VK mace can both auto-cast Crumble undead. The key room in the Varrock sewers is a nice place for crumble undead since it's multi-combat with 4 zombies available across the water in the ladder room. Hope this helps
Xeones
is autocasting really necessary? will it make the exp SIGNIFICANTLY faster? becuz the VK mace costs 250 pc pts, which id way rather spend on experience. the slayer staff req 55 slayer, which i guess i could do but only if necessary... Goobore
is autocasting really necessary?... No, it's not necessary. But some players find tens of thousands of clicks to be tedious. I figure that I did about 64000 clicks using Curse and CU to get level 81 magic in F2P. Hope this helps
