matpi Posted June 3, 2007 Share Posted June 3, 2007 I made this one with photoshop, it's the first time i made a border and really used some effects on a photo. I added a light effect so it seems there's a sun, also i used a wind effect on the white of the wave. Not very much effects but i like the border :P I hope some of you like it. I'd like some tips on what to do better and what effects i also can add.
