ALSO : I'm willing to use a butler to fetch my planks from the bank for me, he charges on average 1gp per 1.2xp achieved, right?

Oak larders are pretty fast. oak chairs work too.

This is what I used to do.

 

 

 

I bring noted oak planks, and money from bank.

 

Go to my workshop and send butler (not demon butler) to unnote my planks. Then I make noted carved oak tables (6 planks each) and drop them. As sone as butler get planks from bank, I send him with another 20 planks.

 

 

 

This method is fastest to use. There is option to build things in building mode, and then delete them, but flatpacks are much faster.
