slayer dart IS affected by mage bonus, but since it is usally only used @ barrows, and the barrows brothers have increadibly awful mage def, it doesnt really matter what the mage bonus is for them.

dag kind rex does too, and using any other spell like god spells and ancients at barrows and dag kings will onlyneed a -15 mage bonus to work well.
