Desert Treasure- Dessous slows the game?

Featured Replies

Well, I am doing Desert Treasure and I am going in order according to the guide here.

As soon as I fought Dessous, the game started.. well, things would be off and on. The game would freeze for about half a second and then go back to normal for another half a second. I found it pretty hard to fight like this so I left. With 1 HP when I got to Varrock.

So.. Is this supposed to happen? I was not slowed down at all in the swamp or in Varrock after teleporting, and the area that you fight Dessous in isn't super high-quality so I don't see why it got all messed up suddenly.

Officially retired on 12/10/07, no drop parties because that might be "covertly trading wealth". What does one person's happiness(until they quit) mean compared to the hours I wasted while runecrafting, anyways?

no, it didnt happen to me when i did the quest

Maybe it couldn't handle the bat attack? I'm not really sure.

Try playing in Low Detail if you aren't already and try closing any unused applications.
