im currently 66 range

ive trained at several places and the only 3 places that i like the most is moss giants on crandor, lessers in karamja volcano, and ankous in stronghold

moss giants are borin, decent drops though and gives bad exp but good pray exp(i need it)

lessers are more fun, better drops but u have to wait alot

ankous are extremely boring after a while but good exp and some mith ores and addy arrows once in a while

which one should i choose? is there any better spots?

grounded currently

Well you could pick them up if you did fortress guard.

But when I was f2p, I did train my rangin from high 50s-mid 70s solely on lessers demons, but it took me around 5-7k (I think) steel arrows with picking up.

In the stronghold, I usually mage the Ankou and range the Catablpons in the northwest room safespot - Ankou are weaker to magic, while catablepon are just a pain for most combat styles. I have a fine collection of sceptre pieces, and it's my standard "escape teleport", with replacements on tap if I lose it.

Ranging over the wilderness ditch (either way) is a possibility, though there are few worthwhile tagets. It can also serve as a distraction while plotting a sniper attack into low level wilderness.

Did you ever try the 2 lessers on top of Crandor island?

I have found that they are almost always available.

There are safe spots to the E-SE and North of their walk area.

I usually never bothered to bring food since all of my arrows

and loot were in the drop pile 1 step outside my safe spot.

Hope this helps
